CC Easy B.V. — Customs Clearance
Discuss your shipment

B2B E-COMMERCE

A clear customs step for your next stock delivery.

Stock replenishment, wholesale orders or deliveries to fulfilment centres: the customs file needs to reflect the commercial transaction and the goods that actually arrive.

Logistics in motion
01

Start with the importer and the goods

We discuss the parties involved, the product range and the intended use of the goods. Importer information, EORI and representation arrangements are part of the preparation where required.

02

Bring the documents together

The invoice, packing list and transport references should tell the same story. We agree which information is available and what needs clarification, including values, quantities and product descriptions.

03

Connect clearance with the warehouse

Your carrier and warehouse need a clear next step. We discuss arrival, planned delivery and the contact responsible for the handover. Any onward customs procedure is assessed for the specific route.

A WELL-PREPARED START

What we discuss before the first shipment

  1. Who is the importer and who owns the stock?
  2. Which products, quantities and commercial terms apply?
  3. Where do the goods arrive and where will they be stored?
  4. Which carrier and warehouse contacts are involved?
