OUR APPROACH

Clear before the border. Connected after it.

  1. 01

    Understand the flow

Goods, countries, volumes and arrival point. We start with how your operation actually works.

  2. 02

    Prepare the file

We agree the required shipment data, documents and representation arrangements.

  3. 03

    Handle the declaration

The declaration and any follow-up are based on the applicable procedure and the information provided.

  4. 04

    Coordinate the next step

Release information is coordinated with the relevant partner for the next stage of transport.

Release remains subject to customs assessment and any inspections.

A WELL-PREPARED START

The data behind a smooth handover.

Use this checklist to prepare your first discussion. The exact requirements depend on the goods, the route and the declaration.

  1. Clear product description and available commodity codes
  2. Commercial invoice, value and currency
  3. Origin and country of dispatch
  4. Sender, recipient and importer details
  5. Packing list, weights and parcel references
  6. Transport details, arrival point and destination
  7. EORI and agreed representation, where applicable
  8. Whether IOSS is used — share the number only through an agreed secure channel

PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Before your first shipment.

Do you work with B2C and B2B e-commerce?

Our focus is both: parcels sold directly to consumers, and business shipments or stock destined for fulfilment. Tell us how your goods move so we can discuss the appropriate setup.

Will my shipment use H1 or H7?

That depends on the goods, value, route and applicable conditions. H7 is not suitable for every e-commerce shipment. We assess the declaration type with your shipment details.

How does IOSS fit into the preparation?

Let us know whether IOSS is used for the flow. We agree which information is needed and how it should be exchanged. Do not put an IOSS number or customer-level data in the initial enquiry.

Can we discuss consolidated shipments and recurring volumes?

Yes. Include your expected volume, arrival point and the relationship between parcel references and the consolidated transport document. We can then discuss data delivery and operational handover.

How quickly can goods be released?

Timing depends on complete data, the applicable procedure, arrival and any customs checks. We discuss planning for your flow without promising a release time that customs controls.

Can you help us prepare a return flow?

We can review the intended return or re-export with you. The original declaration, reason for return and destination matter. A return does not automatically reverse earlier duties or taxes.

LET’S TALK E-COMMERCE

Your goods. Our next conversation.

Tell us what you ship and where it needs to go. A few details are enough to prepare a focused first discussion.
